I just had River valley respond to our AC emergency 7-23-23. We have a place in the "Rio Buena Vista" community, Needles Ca.. And our smart thermostat sent an alert to my email, of a high temp reading out of range of our settings. This was on a Friday night that I realized I got the alert! But didn't read it till Saturday morning. So I left a message on the River Valley after hours message center. I got a return call a few hours later, the receptionist explained, that they were swamped, but could get to me the next day. I explained this was our vacation home and that we actually lived in Orange County, but I had a spare key stashed for emergency. I asked,, if I give permission to enter could they check out our AC and hopefully fix it. They said they could. What a relief. Otherwise we would have had to make an emergency trip ( four hour drive ) to let them in. Well anyway it was a very happy ending it was a capacitor that had failed, which is the cheapest repair that an AC system can have done. The technician Sam gave us some sound advise that our old system that uses the r-22 refrigerant is really not worth investing any more serious money into, since that refrigerant is getting harder to come by and very expensive We will be looking into an up graded new technology system very soon. And when we do, it will be River Valley doing the upgrade. We have absolute trust in their integrity and serviceability. No matter what time your system fails call them and leave a message. They will get back to you asap, and get someone out to you! Thx River Valley AC.
